It is often said and infact widely believed that when the righteous assume the throne the people rejoice.
Nigeria as a Nation is witnessed to have had like every other Nations series of leadership and policies that have ushered benefits and regrets when not targeted at human benefit, the news making the rounds now has it that Nigerian's petrol pump price is been decided and penned between #142 to #143 for a litre, a price reduction, for what it is worth the price reduction is commendable, but one would ask, could it be better than it is? because what is really the essence if as a farmer your family languish in acute hunger, and much more dabble with the need to be informed, Nigerias' education system is currently at a stand still, the Acedemic staff union of universities(ASUU) as we speak is not bulging on its resolve for supposed implementation of educational values, what is more the resident doctors of our Nation are geared-in and might be embarking on another heart renting strike, and we have to ask, we really have to ask what becomes of our people that will definitely need medical attention, imagine your blood relative and loved one involved in a ghastly accident and needs immediate medical attention and at that moment cannot be flown abroad but need that urgent first aid just to be greeted with the painful notification that the doctors have gone on strike, what could be more painful at such moment. The doctors it is said would be embarking on this strike action on Monday 3rd September 2017.
These strike actions offcourse are not strange to us because we have experienced them and have survived them but also forgetting that beautiful souls have also been lost as a result of same, but should they be happening, especially when human lives are involved.can we as a people avoid these pains? IS BUHARI WORKING???
